The new edition of the heating costs decree substantially
increases the rental incidental expenses. The increased settlement costs alone
are estimated at up to 20 percent. Reconstruction and rental costs for the new,
twice as expensive radio meter reader have still not been thereby priced in.
The consumption data shall in the future be available
just-in-time, even though today already many renters can themselves read their
consumption at any time. The new digital data serve the profit interests of the
large reading service providers and can be abused for the purpose of
surveillance or a future rationing of heating. When then the current energy
prices are also combined with the obtained consumption data, heating for a
normal earner becomes a luxury good.
Already in 2020, 7.4 million Germans could not adequately
heat their dwellings. The Ampel’s
climate hysteria is freezing single parents, recipients of social assistance
and low wage earners. This must be stopped.
