The badly botched energy transition represents a technological and economic rape of the energy system. Secure infrastructures will be battered and base load capable power plants scrapped, those which in the meantime have been erected with billions in investments. Briefly said: The government eco-fanatics’ energy policy is running amok. Their victims are the consumers, the taxpayers and our industry. By means of regulation, they make more expensive our conventional energy suppliers and then assert that the renewable energies will thus be more economic. The green demagogues thereby proceed to peddle that renewable energies were allegedly the more favorable energy supplier. That is a flat-out lie.

The Fraunhofer Institute yearly publishes the costs of production of electricity of all available energy technologies in Germany. In 2013, the Institute stated that brown coal with 40 euros per megawatt-hour was the cheapest energy supplier. Yet in 2021, brown coal electricity suddenly costs over 100 euros per megawatt-hour. Why thus is Germany’s most favorable energy supplier at once double so expensive?

The answer to the question is simple. You have with full intent ruined the economy of conventional energy suppliers with the emissions trade and the national CO₂ tax. With the planned economy feed priority by means of the EEG [Renewable Energy Law], you force step by step the load capable nuclear power plants out of the market. You have thereby in unbearable ways increased the costs of production of the conventional facilities.

This energy policy can only be designated as a careless manipulation of the markets and a wicked deception of the consumer. All of you here always say that you want to relieve the society. Yet today the state portion of the electricity price lies at 52%. All of you are thus responsible that each year up to 300,000 people will be shut off from the electricity. One SPD politician has recently said: The cheapest kilowatt-hour is that which is not consumed. – In this cynical statement may be seen how unsozial is the old parties’ energy policy. You all disconnect the citizens without any consideration. You are on an energy policy wrong way drive and it is high time the citizens were enlightened as to this insanity.

The AfD has a load capable solution for the energy price crisis caused by you. With our motion [Drucksache 18/18260], we demand the immediate reduction of electricity taxes to the EU minimum. We further demand that on the Federal level the CO₂ tax and the EEG be immediately abolished. By means of the abolition of the EEG assessment alone, we may relieve the consumers by around 30 billion euros annually. The elimination of the CO₂ tax would spare an average family in the future up to 1,400 euros annually. Let deeds also follow your promises and vote in favor of our motion.

Right honorable Frau President. Right honorable ladies and gentlemen.

This act is an unheard of over-stepping of boundaries. Hastily bungled, you want to push through important restrictions of basic rights. And that is a gross disregard of this parliament and the citizens which it represents. You thereby place yourselves in the ungute tradition of the preceding government.

Your choice of words, Herr Scholz, is revealing. “For my government, there are no more red lines”, you have said. That is the autocratic speech of those who scorn the constitution; this I need quite clearly say to you. The red lines are drawn by the Basic Law to which you wish to have yourself sworn in tomorrow. It is the citizens’ basic rights which you wish to shake off like a burdensome millstone around the neck because they are the citizens’ core rights of protection against encroaching actions of the state.

The repeated intensification of the infection protection laws is before all one thing: An epochal treachery and election fraud. Prior to the election, you promised the citizens something quite other – you, Herr Scholz, and primarily you, ladies and gentlemen of the FDP. At the beginning of September, you, Herr Scholz, had still said: A vaccination obligation is not proportionate. – You now present yourselves here and assert the plain opposite. You do quite a great honor to the FDP as a capitulation [Umfaller] party. For the grab for power, you have betrayed your voters. To be allowed to co-govern, you are ready to tread underfoot the basic right of bodily integrity, Article 2 of the Basic Law. And please do not ever again use the word “Freiheit”. You obviously do not know what it means.

The vaccination obligation for nursing staff, which you want to flog through here, is a slap in the face of those people who with self-sacrifice have done their work, those whom you have hypocritically applauded and who you now want to callously force out of their occupations if they do not subject themselves to these compulsory measures. A scandal!

As a result, the emergency situation in nursing is further intensified. This emergency situation is politically incurred and is already much longer than when we speak of Corona. The origins are a most badly botched hospital financing system as well as notoriously bad pay and work conditions. For years you know this.

The hospitals are not full on account of the non-vaccinated, but on account of your false policy due to which, in the middle of the crisis, thousands of intensive-care beds were simply removed, and to the 10,000 nursing staff already scared off.

And the society is not deeply divided on account of the non-vaccinated, but on account of your unseemly propaganda, your bureaucratic chicanery, senseless 2G, 3G-plus-minus rules, with which you discriminate against and ostracize a third of the population and play off the citizens one against the other – that is here nevertheless the truth –, and that on the basis of manipulated numbers in which patients with an unknown vaccination status are simply figured in with the non-vaccinated so that it appears more dramatic.

The citizens have every reason to scrutinize your chaotic policy and your contradictory preventive measures. The vaccination, which you here dogmatically extol as the only way out of the crisis, does not do what you and the manufacturers promised. And to divert from that, you want to stigmatize and criminalize citizens like me who decide against this medical encroachment upon their bodies.

And on that account, we defend ourselves.

In a free democracy, blind obedience does not count but a citizen’s self-responsibility. Concern yourselves with your core duty, the maintenance of capable and crisis-proof healthcare, and leave it to the mature citizen how he protects himself and others.

The designated Chancellor Scholz is not yet sworn in and has already broken his word: Instead  of the promised new Corona policy courses without a lockdown, intensifications of the preventive measures and curtailments of basic rights on a hitherto unknown scale will now be announced to the citizens. Yet Scholz in November expressed himself as opposed to a general vaccination obligation. Now shall come the general compulsory vaccination which is nothing other than an unconstitutional government assault upon the bodily integrity of the people in this country who shall now pay for the striking failures of the German Corona policy since the beginning of the Corona crisis.

Germany, with Austria, would be practically the only country in Europe with a general vaccination obligation. This is the more absurd as the infection numbers already again decline and the ‘fourth wave” apparently already is again broken. Instead of vying with dubious infringements of basic rights, those governing in the Bund and States should preferably ask themselves why other countries, without such preventive measures and with comparable vaccination rates, are in a better position.

Scholz has now already completely lost his credibility. A general, direct, compulsory vaccination in Germany, as also with the 2G intensifications of a systematic ostracism and discrimination of healthy, non-vaccinated people and a forced division of our country, will be driven to the extreme – and will be with all power opposed by the AfD delegation.

What Olaf Scholz and the Minister-presidents have concluded here is an additional document in the hapless and purposeless Corona policy. It simply continues seamlessly according to the motto: If the preventive measures are ineffective and do nothing, we simply make more of them. Children and youth will again be tricked with a general mask obligation during instruction, even though they are the least endangered group of the population and are not vectors of infection events. Contact restrictions for specific population groups are legally questionable, are in fact not enforceable and are thus nothing other than a showy alibi policy. The unconstitutional “2G” rule will not be more sensible for being prescribed as obligatory for the entire country. It merely serves to discriminate against and pressure non-vaccinated citizens and to shovel retail trade into the grave.

Panic-making is no durable policy concept. Instead of diverting from one’s own failures with an unconstitutional vaccination obligation, the policy needs to take hold of concrete measures for the politically incurred emergency situation in nursing, and take care of anyone who voluntarily wants to let himself  be vaccinated and actually make a vaccine available.

A vaccination obligation for medical staff is counter-productive, produces division in the clinics, and will scare off many staff and intensify the personnel shortage. We must shed the policy of force and forbid and return to the citizens’ self-responsibility so as to get out of the dead end of repressive pandemic politics.

[Anne] Spiegel has already done desolate work in Rheinland-Pfalz. Since 2016, the Minister bore responsibility in the Family as well as in the Environment Ministry. Here, she was primarily connected with failures resulting from the Ahr flooding.

Just hours before the catastrophe, her Ministry gave out fully false press announcements. Though the situation might be “tense”, no “extreme flooding” threatened. At that point in time, the scale of the approaching catastrophe was long since known; EFAS, the European flood warning authority, had in good time declared a warning. Instead of passing this along to the population so as to make it possible for people to convey goods and chattel to safety, Spiegel’s  Ministry played down the danger. A total of 134 people fell victim to the flooding. The investigating committee should now clarify Spiegel’s responsibility.

To arrive at the idea, at this point in time, to happen to convey to Spiegel responsibility for a Federal ministry is irresponsible. It would be urgently necessary to await the result of the investigating committee. There is already in Rheinland-Pfalz an abundance of irregularities; as for example in regards the appointment to positions or the commissioning of outside consultants. She did not understand her office as Family and Environment Minister as an opportunity to support our families but to drive forward the Greens’ migration policy. The Greens would not have been able to come upon a worse choice of personnel. With a regard to all the other Green ministries, a trend is here nevertheless pursued which will do maximum harm to our country.

We ought not let ourselves be deceived by Erdogan’s DITIB Islamist association and its self-minimization in regards the efforts to further Islamize Germany. The naïve or knowing pandering of many State governments to Erdogan’s fifth column DITIB promotes the Islamization of Germany.

The proposal that enemies of our open society, that haters of Israel and anti-semites and deniers of the genocide of the Armenians acquire influence in the state teaching plans of children is unbearable. Where is the public outrage?

The opposite is the case: In regards the old party CDU, according to the wish of Helge Braun, Serap Güler shall become CDU general-secretary. Laschet had already extensively patronized his State Secretary for Integration, even though Güler had a long prior history concerning her relations with Gray Wolves and radical Islamists. An affability for Islamists is meanwhile one consistency of the erstwhile Christian-democratic people’s party.
