Martin Hess, March 15, 2024, Leftist Terror and Free Opinion

German Bundestag, Plenarprotokoll 20/158, pp. 20296-20297.

Frau President. Ladies and gentlemen.

In our country, leftist extremism has long since developed into leftist terrorism, and the Federal Interior Minister not only inactively looks on at this development, so dangerous for all our security,

Johannes Fechner (SPD): Such an idiocy!

no, as a result of her ideologically conditioned, utterly unavailing focus on the fight against rightists, she herself has become the fire accelerator of this development. That is unacceptable and can no longer be borne.

Johannes Fechner (SPD): Such an idiocy!

That we in our country urgently require a course correction in regards the terror and extremism struggle has not for the last time been indicated by the cases of an arrested RAF terrorist and the attack of the leftist-extremist “Vulkangruppe” on the critical infrastructure in our country.

The RAF terrorist Klette, sought by arrest warrant, was not discovered as is to be expected in a state of law by police authorities, but by journalists who simply researched in publicly accessible sources and thereby came upon the track of this serious criminal.

Rasha Nasr (SPD): For once is free journalism desired! For once that is good!

This enemy of the state by no means lived underground. She has, utterly unabashed, taken part in normal social life, given tutoring and was a dance teacher. And despite this, she was not to be found by our security authorities.

Rasha Nasr (SPD): What is it then with your co-workers?

And the Interior Minister has the audacity in all seriousness to then ascribe this success to her own ostensibly so successful security policy. Frau Faeser, – who unfortunately is again not here – how stupid do you actually deem the citizens of our country?

The truth is this proceeding is an evidence of incapacity for our security organs

Dorothee Martin (SPD): No! You are an evidence of incapacity for Germany!

and shows the entire dysfunctionality of our state in this central security area. That must finally have an end. That is also evidenced by the state actions in relation to the leftist-terrorist “Vulkangruppe” which lately in Brandenburg committed an arson attack on an electricity pylon which, as a result of a widespread electricity blackout thereby produced, caused not only hundreds of millions of euros of damages in the Tesla works there, but before all also lead to a danger to the lives and health of patients in the clinics and doctors’ offices affected by the blackout. For days, supermarkets could not be supplied.

Yet this was not the first attack of these violent criminals. Since 2011, these terrorists commit such attacks on our critical infrastructure. The last sitting of the Interior Committee clearly and distinctly showed that to this day not a single one of these perpetrators has been identified, to say nothing then of arrested. This is a security policy scandal. More blind in the left eye a state cannot be.

Johannes Fechner (SPD): So, now for once on the rightist-extremists in your own ranks, your delegation co-workers! Say something on that!

It is all the more serious when it needs to be acknowledged that this state in a fight against rightists opposes all that is not of the left, and thereby no longer knows any red lines. That a school director in Germany removes a 16 year old student from a class in session and, without notification of the parents, has a warning talk conducted by the police

            Götz Frömming (AfD): Madness!

because she shared a Schlumpf video on social media, and defended the opinion that Germany for her is more than a place on a map, Germany for her is a Heimat

Lamya Kaddor (Greens): For you, that would be totally appropriate in regards an Islamist video! That is your double morality!

Florian Müller (CDU/CSU): It doesn’t go for both!

shows every convinced democrat that this fight against rightists has nothing but simply nothing to do with the defense of our democracy, but wants to bring about exactly the opposite,

            Johannes Fechner (SPD): Such rubbish!

namely, the entire exclusion of every non-left opinion from the democratic discourse.

            Johannes Fechner (SPD): Nonsense!

These left-green-red political commissars are thereby politically active as gravediggers of our democracy, Herr Hartmann. And that they now attack even our children [sogar an unseren Kinder vergreifen],

            Lamya Kaddor (Greens): Please?

we may and will never let pass.

In this country must cease that legitimate expressions of opinion are persecuted under the covering of an ostensible, constitution-relevant delegitimization of the state.

            Sebastian Hartmann (SPD): Aha!

We require finally again a correct freedom of opinion.

Dorothee Martin (SPD): We have freedom of opinion! Yet it doesn’t suit you.

Our security organs need instead to finally concern themselves with factual security dangers and to that belongs primarily the so far neglected criminal leftist extremism and terrorism. This needs finally to be fought with all severity and consistency.

And when the AfD is responsible for the government,

            Rasha Nasr (SPD): Never!

then we will implement precisely that.

            Rasha Nasr (SPD): Never again!

Johannes Fechner (SPD): Then you can stop now! That will never happen!

The security of our citizens before all forms of extremism has highest priority for us.

Johannes Fechner (SPD): But not in your own ranks!

Sebastian Hartmann (SPD): Start with yourself!

Rasha Nasr (SPD): Never again fascism!

And in contrast to the Interior Minister, that is no hollow phrase for us, but an obligation for active conduct. We will implement a clear zero-tolerance strategy with maximum robustness.

Johannes Fechner (SPD): But not for your own people!

We ban the leftist-extremist Rote Hilfe and the Antifa. We conclusively disconnect the leftist-extremist platform indymedia.org. We take care that all leftist-extremist occupied buildings in Germany be finally evacuated,

Rasha Nasr (SPD): And you call yourselves democrats! Impudence!

and we forbid the financing of leftist-extremists and terrorists. Thus need all enemies of the state be dealt with if one wants to create security in Germany.

Johannes Fechner (SPD): And your own people?

The clear message of an AfD government to all leftist-extremists and terrorists goes: The times in which you could romp nearly without limit in our society are over.

Johannes Fechner (SPD): Done for by acts of government!

This state strikes back immediately. We no longer let ourselves be terrorized by you.

Martin Hess, November 9, 2023, Islamism in Germany

German Bundestag, Plenarprotokoll 20/134, pp. 16873-16874.

Frau President. Right honorable ladies and gentlemen.

Political Islam in Germany posits the power question – and the Ampel coalition gives the wrong answer. That violent and aggressive Islamist groups in the last weeks move through our streets is a disgrace for our state of law and again proves that this Ampel coalition needs to be terminated as quickly as possible in the interest of our security.

Yet also the CDU, which,  ja, governs in some of the Federal states, reveals, in a way shameful for our state of law, its incompetence in regards the fight against violent and anti-semitic Islamists. Its Minister-president in Nordrein-Westfalen, Herr Wust, pretentiously announced Islamist marches will no longer be permitted in the future, and not four weeks later Islamist enemies of the state in Essen and Düsseldorf have shown what is contained in the words of a CDU Minister-president; namely, simply nothing. They freely moved about, utterly unrestricted and thus is confirmed: The CDU is demonstrably not in the position to provide security in Germany.

And when all others fail in regards defense of our democracy and our citizens, no way leads past the AfD. Since we are the only ones with the unconditional will to fight with all rigor political Islam. There can be credible defense of our society and our democracy only with the AfD. Especially the failures of the Ampel government are primarily founded on a fully failed security policy focusing on rightist extremism. Yet every citizen in this country with his own eyes sees in the last weeks what is in fact the security problem in our country; namely, as a result of your destructive migration policy, an Islamism becoming ever stronger in our country, which becomes ever more radical, ever more brutal and shows its true disposition hostile to the state, in which, as happened in Essen, it demands the struggle of all Moslems against the rest of the world and the proclamation of a califate.

In the face of this massive danger for us all, the AfD as always has a clear standpoint which today is more important than ever. There must now be an end to your appeasement of political Islam. We must make clear, once and for all, to these enemies of the state who is master in the house [wer Herr in Haus ist]. And if you are not in a position to do that, then make room for those who can! The AfD stands ready.

We must now finally posit a clear sign of strength. We must prove that our state is strong [wehrhaft]. I say to you how Islamist deployments are to be dealt with, which want to demonstrate Islamist power in our state and thereby commit massive punishable offenses: These are to be immediately terminated, the participants arrested and deported without delay. This besides applies to all Islamist hate preachers and those posing a danger. Our country, our rules! And who does not adhere to that, he has nothing to seek here. Where deportations are not possible, there the justice has to issue hard verdicts. Probationary sentences here do not suffice. Such people need to be in custody.

And your false naturalization policy needs to be immediately corrected. From Islamists who still possess additional citizenship besides ours, the German is to be withdrawn without if and but. And for that, care is to be taken that in the future not one, single Islamist more receives German citizenship.

Of course we also need to effectively prevent that Islamists continue to stream in great number into our country. For that, effective border protection which sends back all illegal entrants at the border, as demanded by the AfD since 2015, must finally be implemented.

If we do not now act, political Islam will ever further spread in our country. Political Islam does not belong to Germany. In the interest of our children, we cannot and may not permit that. Therefore also any cooperation and any state promotion of Islam associations which represent, promote or support this ideology is to be immediately stopped and foreign financing is to be thwarted. When the state courts and finances it own enemies, it naturally not only makes itself ridiculous, but it also endangers and damages our democracy.

Till Steffen (Greens): Of that, we speak tomorrow in regards                                                    foundation financing!

And please do not continually come to me with that the demands of the AfD would not be legally realizable. I can no longer listen to this thesis. Politicians are here so to create the legal groundwork required for the solution of a problem. In that you continually refuse this, your duty, you act as gravediggers of our state of law. For exactly that reason, the security of Germany is no longer to be left to you.

Martin Hess, March 1, 2023, Crime and Immigration

German Bundestag, Plenarprotokoll 20/87, p. 10408.

Herr President. Ladies and gentlemen.

The policy of this Ampel government has led to that the criminality on trains and at train stations in the year 2022 simply exploded. According to an evaluation of the Bundespolizei, the number of knife attacks has risen from 166 to 336 and thus has almost doubled. Also, the number of violent offenses climbed in the year 2022 38.6 percent, from around 16,700 to around 23,100. The number of weapons offenses increased 30.4 percent and for sexual offenses an increase of 35.5 percent is to be noted. These numbers allow only one conclusion: Trains and train stations ever more become places of crime and areas of fear for our citizens. This is an unacceptable situation. Here, the state must take counter-measures as quickly as possible.

Manuel Höferlin (FDP): And on that account, the state needs to make a statistic! That is the AfD’s solution!

I hear now those who, trivializing and relativizing, will assert these numbers cannot be compared; since the increases trace back to the ending of the pandemic. Yet such an assertion is plainly false; since the numbers prior to the pandemic – without any restriction of freedom of travel – were in any case considerably lower than in the year 2022; thus for example, the number of violent offenses, which in the year 2019 was at 17,927. The fact is: The exorbitant increase has nearly nothing to do with the pandemic. Thus please do not attempt to present this false assertion in this place and thereby take the citizens for fools.

Manuel Höferlin (FDP): Nay, that pertains to you!

He who wants to manage a serious and credible security policy needs to attribute a particular meaning and pay attention to the portion of non-German suspects. To these are attributed over 50 percent of knife offenses on trains, for violent offenses 42.8 percent, for weapons offenses around 35 percent and for sexual offenses, believe it or not, 58.7 percent. Again – so each understands it – the majority of investigated knife attackers on trains and sexual offenders on trains and in train stations were non-Germans. In view of these numbers he who continues to relativize and trivialize or indeed simply does not pay attention to the high proportion of non-Germans suspects for violent and sexual offenses, he acts exclusively guided by ideology and against the security interests of our citizens.

Kamya Kaddor (Greens): Thus, quite different from you, right?

That, we no longer accept.

We need to state it clearly and distinctly: The principal origin of this disastrous security development is the fully unchecked migration policy of this government. It thereby destroys security in our country, and against that, every responsible security politician must now finally oppose himself.

Instead of executing a radical change of course in the migration policy so as to fight the origins of this disastrous development, you set up more video surveillance and zones banning weapons. With this purely symptomatic fight you will however only be able, if at all, to deter a quite small portion of the violent perpetrators from the implementation of their acts. For that, you ever again restrict the rights of the citizens, and indeed of blameless citizens. The debate over the New Year’s Eve rioting was to be similarly understood. There, a general ban on fireworks was demanded

Götz Frömming (AfD): Such an imbecility!

instead of approaching the origins. That, right honorable ladies and gentlemen, is high-grade security policy dilettantism, paired with an unacceptable disregard of elementary civil rights. And we go along with that no more.

And we also do not let it escape you that to an increasing degree you want to belie the citizens as to the consequences of your disastrous migration policy, as we needed to experience in the discussion on the New Year’s Eve rioting. And as you now also attempt by means of changing the citizenship laws so that namely some non-Germans become, essentially earlier than previously, Germans, and by means of this solemnity a criminal act will consequently be included in the criminal statistics as German. Thereby, following a present renunciation of the original citizenship, a conclusion as to a migration background according to the previous situation is no longer possible. We therefore say: Stop this deception! Stop this disguise! We need to rein in such manipulations. We therefore demand in our motion [Drucksache 20/5808] a publicly accessible Federal overview of criminality in trains and train stations, and which distinguishes between not only “German” and “non-German” but also includes the migration background of the suspects.

By means of your mobility transition, you ever more forcibly compel the citizen into public means of transportation; thus he must also have the right to make for himself a picture of the criminality situation there. The same applies besides for knife crime. Who refuses to accept this, who ignores fundamental interests of the people, may not wonder about the citizens’ ever greater loss of trust in politics.

Martin Hess, September 9, 2022, Islamism and Free Speech

German Bundestag, Plenarprotokoll 20/52, pp. 5610-5611.

Right honorable Frau President. Dear colleagues.

An Interior Minister who considers her most important duties and wants to guarantee security and protection for the citizens of our country must convincingly conduct a situation analysis free of ideology and then take all necessary measures for the strengthening of domestic security. Yet you, Frau Interior Minister, steadily and persistently do the opposite. If your actions are examined, it need be quite clearly stated: Never before was the office of Federal Interior Minister occupied by a person so ideologically narrow-minded and almost completely ignorant of reality.

Jamila Schäfer (Greens): The opposite is the case!

For example, Islamism. By no one can it be seriously doubted that political Islam and Islamist terror present a massive security danger for our country which must be sternly and resolutely fought.

Sebastian Hartmann (SPD): And the AfD!

Yet what does the Interior Minister do? She positively stops the work of the political Islamism experts’ circle at the Interior Ministry. Who previously thought that you were merely incompetent, dilettantish or in other ways over-charged with your office will now be better instructed. You knowingly and willfully reject the effective struggle against Islamism in our country. That is equivalent to a capitulation before the Islamist criminals and you are thus completely intolerable as an Interior Minister.

Just so irresponsible and basically nonsensical is your conduct in the area of migration policy. You continually complain – quite correctly – of the violence against, as named by you, queer persons; yet year by year let tens of thousands of people into our country who on the basis of their mostly Islamist socialization bring and act out exactly this hatred in our country.

Just recently, the trans-man Malte was murdered. The perpetrator was – it meanwhile has become a pattern in our country – a Moslem refugee convicted of violent crimes. Had this violent criminal never been let into the country, or at least had been deported, then Malte would today still be alive. Finally acknowledge this.

And you are warned of the exploding knife crime in our country. Yet what you persistently ignore is that the portion of foreign suspects in Baden-Württemberg is for years over 50 percent. The fact is: Your migration policy worsens day by day the security situation in our country. More effective border protection and deportations are the order of the hour and must now finally be implemented.

Stop continually defaming citizens’ protests. That, by means of the introduction of the field of “Delegitimization of the State Relevant to the Constitution Defense”

Irene Mihalic (Greens): You are the model for this field!

now nearly every citizen who hard and emphatically criticizes the government can be in danger of being observed by the Constitution Defense, is not acceptable by convinced and upright democrats and must most quickly be corrected.

Julian Pahlke (Greens): You are scared of the Constitution Defense!

For the reasoning that by means of all too sharply formulated criticism of the government trust in the state is lost, is just tendentious. Note one thing: Trust in the state is not lost by criticism of the government, but by your disastrous policy which has catastrophic consequences for the citizens of this country.

If in the autumn and winter, as a result of your wrong decisions, living becomes unaffordable for thousands of citizens, countless firms go bankrupt and unemployment explodes,

Filiz Polat (Greens): Yet which you want!

Sebastian Hartmann (SPD): Yet which you want! It’s your buddy                                           Putin who does that!

then it is the vested, basic right of every citizen of our country to go into the street and certainly in an unsparing and direct form show the red card to the government.

Who defames and even prevents these justified protests as “right-wing extremist”, as you constantly do, yet at the same time welcomes on ideological grounds the actions of Fridays for Future or Black Lives Matter, damages our democracy and conducts herself in a way unworthy of an Interior Minister.

Frau Minister, you are not only an ideologically deluded, security policy wrong-way driver and thereby plainly miscast; no, you are essentially more! You are a danger for domestic security and democracy in our country.

Sebastian Hartmann (SPD): Shamelessness! The AfD is the greatest security risk for our country!

The sooner you resign, the better for us all!

Götz Frömming (AfD): Bravo! That was a good speech!

Martin Hess, February 17, 2022, Interior Minister Faeser

German Bundestag, Plenarprotokoll 20/17, pp. 1239-1240.

Right honorable Frau President. Esteemed colleagues.

The Interior Minister of the Federal Republic of Germany, and thereby the service chief of the Bund’s security authorities, is for all that apparently a friend of the Antifa. This is intolerable, especially for those officers who defend our state and our society in the street, and for that are attacked with bottles, stones and incendiaries by precisely those Antifa.

Beyond that, this minister also sets fully false priorities in the Interior policy because she herself apparently adheres to an extreme leftist influenced worldview. And therefore we need to clearly state one thing: The Federal Interior Minister is a security risk for Germany.

In regards the evaluation of demonstrations, she manifests an intolerable double morality: Protest friendly to the government is in order, yet protest critical of the government is defamed as extreme right. In regards the Fridays for Future gatherings, the Minister herself runs along and even makes advertising for it on Twitter, even though the initiators openly cooperate with leftist extremists. Yet when throughout the country hundreds of thousands of citizens peacefully protest against the government’s overdone Corona preventive measures, this Interior Minister calls upon the citizens’ representatives to renounce the right to demonstrate. To that I can quite clearly say only one thing: The right to demonstrate applies in democracies and especially for critics of the Government and we will let no one take that from us.

Also in regards the combating of extremism, we experience a massive miscalculation by the Interior Minister. The Minister declares rightist extremism to be the greatest danger and dedicates the highest priority to combating it. In the Interior Committee yesterday she even asserted in all seriousness that this was verified by the numbers, and in that regard is exactly the opposite correct.

According to Europol statistics, in Europe between 2015 and 2020 there were 26 rightist terrorist attacks with ten deaths; yet in the same time frame, Islamist terrorists perpetrated 107 attacks with 382 deaths. Of those posing a danger in Germany, we have 73 rightist extremists, yet 554 Islamists. And last year up to October, the Federal attorney-general introduced 210 investigative proceedings related to Islamist terror, yet only five investigations against rightist extremism. The Rizin bomb attack in Cologne alone would have been able to produce 13,500 fatalities and again as many wounded if it had not been prevented by our security authorities. These numbers therefore clearly confirm: Islamist terror is the greatest security danger in our country and to it we need to dedicate our top priority.

Here yesterday were the names of the victims in Hanau many times read aloud. The names of the victims of the Islamist terror attack at the Breitscheidplatz were not mentioned a single time in the Bundestag. Their names are: Anna and Georgiy Bagratuni, Sebastian Berlin, Nadia Cizmar, Dalia Elyakim, Christoph Herrlich, Fabrizia Di Lorenzo, Klaus Jacob, Angelika Klösters, Dorit Krebs, Lukasz Urban and Peter Völker. And I say one thing to you in all clarity: All victims of this barbaric Islamist terror have deserved our remembrance.

An Interior Minister who stubbornly refuses to name Islamist terror as the greatest security danger for Germany, she wants not to improve the security situation but to enforce her left-green ideology.

This also verifies Nancy Faeser’s proximity to leftist extremism, of which there can be no doubt. A few months prior to her appointment, she published a contribution in the “antifa” magazine. In this same edition, brutal leftist violence was justified as self-defense, our security authorities were defamed as accomplices of rightist extremists. Not even now is she prepared to distance herself from the “antifa” magazine; beyond that, she still in 2016 also let herself be photographed with Anitfa members. Who so openly demonstrates her nearness to leftist extremism cannot and ought not lead the Federal Interior Ministry.

The Interior Minister flatters the enemies of the police from the Antifa and denies authorization of the peaceful protest of critical citizens. She wants to censure or even shut down the platforms of the free exchange of opinion and she announces a coalition of the willing for yet more asylum immigration to Europe, even though her own security authorities massively warn of that. With all of it, she deliberately and consciously disdains the fundamental rights of freedom and the vital security interests of our country’s citizens.

Germany requires no Antifa minister, but an Interior Minister for whom the citizens’ freedom and security enjoy the top priority. And therefore the Interior Minister should vacate her chair as quickly as possible. A left-green-red ideologist

            Vice-president Petra Pau: Herr Hess.

is out of place in the house of the Federal Interior Ministry.

Martin Hess, October 1, 2021, Leftist Violence against Police

AfD Kompakt, October 1, 2021.

Just as does the out-going Federal government, so also the leftist opposition parties bear responsibility that ever more police officers are victims of massive violence. Greens, SPD and Linke expose the police to a wholesale suspicion of rightist extremism and racism. The sad high point of this closing of ranks of politics and leftist extremism: In Leipzig, the terrorist sympathizers of the leader of the “Police Terror and Extremism Defense Center” are allowed to threaten a terror attack without their personal details being taken down. This atmosphere of hostility to the police must be ended. The state of law must defend our police with a zero-tolerance strategy and prevent extreme leftist violence from degenerating into terror!

With its newest Federal situation report, the Federal Criminal Office follows the trend of abbreviating and curating criminal statistical data. Instead of detailed breakdowns, we receive at the beginning of the situation report the presumably politically correct hint that most suspects are male, German and young. This control of the perception [Rezeption] is unacceptable. In view of the asylum immigrants’ heightened burden of criminality in regards violent crimes in general, this Federal situation report also needs to result in a breakdown of suspects according to residence status and citizenship.
