Valued Praesidium. Ladies and gentlemen. Dear countrymen.

Again and again, destructive draft laws are put forward by the Ampel – driven by the green climate sects – and against every reason rushed through under disregard of all rules of this sovereign house, the main thing being it serves the climate ideology of the green communists.

It is a law which affects all households, all firms, all landlords, all renters, all homeowners, all local governments – thus practically everyone. According to the will of the greens of all the parties, by 2045 they shall be forced to heat climate neutral. In conformity with the experiences of the Corona dictatorship, every citizen is to be impressed under a climate yoke. Forsa chief Güllner is led to this statement, cite:

"Earlier SPD voters have the impression that their party bows down before a green dictatorship."

In concrete terms:

"When a small, elite minority…enforces its values by means of instructions and bans upon the society of a great majority of those thinking otherwise, that can indeed be evaluated as a dictatorship."

He is right.

This compulsion, these bans of course affect all of us. Correspondingly great are the outcry, the resistance and the comprehensible rage.

The perpetrators [Macher] naturally notice this rage. And despite that, they bring in this law today, talking drivel from their pompous “guard rails” for the pamphlet named the “Building Energy Law”, that Germany by 2045 should be climate neutral. The asserted consensus is however a flat lie. According to a Spiegel poll from March 30, 2023, climate neutrality is meanwhile left behind by half of Germany. 80 percent of people in the country reject your so-called heating hammer. And against this 80 percent, you make your destructive policy.

Yet what is really bad is that the other old parties extend a hand to you for that. From the special democrats and the green communists is meanwhile expected nothing other. That however the coward democrats play along with that is actually tragic.

Despite the mini-changes, for which the coward democrats celebrate themselves, it is and remains a destructive law, annihilating prosperity and workplaces, as is otherwise possible only in a war. Many people meanwhile designate your policy as a “war against one’s own people”. Anyone who participates in this war will someday need to be held responsible before the people.

The only party which stands against this collective suicide is the AfD. Consequently, our approval numbers are rising. That is good for Germany. Bad for Germany is that with each day this government further manages its work of destruction

Frau President. Ladies and gentlemen. Dear countrymen.

In May of this year, there was an economy destruction minister, formally a children’s book author, who made known to an astonished German public that on December 22, 2022, Germany will join in the oil embargo against Russia and will receive no more oil through the pipeline for purely ideological reasons; since the acquisition of oil through the pipeline was by the EU sanctions expressly admitted for all.

As was made clear to him that the eastern German refineries, primarily the PCK Schwedt, would then need to stop production whereby the supply of fuel and lubricants and chemical intermediary products would be collapsed throughout eastern Germany, he sent his not a little well endowed waiter who promised the blue or green heaven to the displaced people of Schwedt: Crude oil would continue to come to Schwedt, if in the meantime in smaller quantities; the jobs of around 2,000 employees would be secured by a job guaranty. He then crowned the whole with the sentence – cite: “Here, the lights do not go out immediately”, which means that they then go out later.

This point in time appears now to have come; since none of the promises made were fulfilled. Neither were the replacement oil deliveries by contract with Poland secured, nor were the corresponding transport means for the required quantities built. A comparable quality of crude oil is at the moment not deliverable. Solely the jobs guarantees – that is, money for doing nothing – were brought well on the way. Yet even that is not sure.

In other words: The green Federal government has planned and implemented the equivalent of the Neurippen state’s attorney now classifying the “Last Generation” climate terrorists as a criminal association, placing this under indictment and conducting house searches of the climate terrorists. The foregoing is based on the repeated efforts to stop the crude oil supply of the PCK Schwedt – thus, the exact same thing that the Federal government is doing.

The Neurippen state’s attorney bases his proceedings on that it concerns the formation and support of a criminal association according to §129 of the criminal code and that the group evidences a “clear role distribution and a continuous structure”. Here also, the similarities are not purely accidental. The only difference is that the Federal government is the executive of a state of law, yet more and more re-interprets, indeed abuses this law.

In this connection may Pope Benedict be recalled when a good eleven years ago here in the Bundestag he wrote to the members in the album, if in another connection, the words of Saint Augustine – cite:           

            Take away the law – what then is the state other than a great band of robbers..

And he was right.

Yet there is something positive. The warnings to the conservative forces in the Union apparently have provided for a partial reconsideration; since in your motion, which today is brought in for the PCK Schwedt, you find fault not only with the lack of replacement quantities of agreed quality and at fair prices, but also before all with the absence of any legal basis for the embargo. The embargo and all sanctions thus need to go. That this is possible with this government is held by many citizens to be excluded. They hold this government, plainly because it whistles at law and statute, to be – cite: “a great band of robbers”.

The only way to make reasonable policy for Germany is when the conservative forces are finally gathered together, as occurred in my constituency of Bautzen this week. In the local council, almost the entire CDU delegation voted for an AfD motion to eliminate voluntary integration benefits for rejected asylum applicants; and thereby, first, relieve the budget and, second, turn down the magnets for asylum claimants. This example hopefully sets a precedent [macht Schule] in all of Germany, for Germany.

Frau President. Ladies and gentlemen. Dear countrymen.

Once again the old parties stand before a shambles which their energy policy –as foretold by us – has served up. Once again the AfD can only lay the finger in the wound; since once again the perilous way to ruin will be pursued at full steam.

            Lisa Badum (Greens):  Ja, ja!

To the self-made problems of the already immense yet willed increased expense of energy now comes the Ukraine war as a fire accelerator which furthermore has unleashed an unspeakable farce of sanctions against our most important energy suppliers – with catastrophic harm to Germany. Unimpressed by all the sanctions, step by step Putin now shuts off the gas spigot. Clear thinking people, who are aware that Germany with its sanctions most harms ourselves, which has finally, categorically demanded the throttling, have according to Minister Habeck a pro-fascist position. Yet so to believe that Putin is permanently threatened by the stop of the natural gas and oil connection, that he himself does not arrive at the idea to turn the delivery screw, one must be very dumb or very ideological, which of course comes to the same thing.

Panic now breaks out in this country – fully justified; for Germany will scarcely endure the coming winter if many miracles do not occur. Many of the shutdowns blamed on climate change of fully intact and secure power plants have already ensued. Brown coal mines have been closed and the production of domestic shale gas has been made impossible. Now you lead the people to believe that you wanted to actively alter something to avoid the self-generated shortages. You could do that with a 180 degree change in your entire energy policy. You nevertheless hang like puppets on the strings of the wind power lobby and the planners of the Great Reset.  

These whisper to you what you here assert; for example, that ever more bird shredders would have a positive effect on our supply problems. Completely absurd! They are neither of use to the climate – which all know – nor with your inconstant electricity do they solve the supply problem. Just the opposite: You amplify it; since to every wind industry installation belongs a gas power plant so as to compensate for the rapid wind fluctuations, driven by gas which we do not have! Not today and not tomorrow. Since the world market does not wait on Germany as a gas customer. Here also a still deeper bow before the Qataris or before “Sleepy Joe” is of no use. Where nothing is, nothing can be delivered.

And then you and others assert that nuclear power plants could not continue to operate because, for example, the fuel rods are lacking; for that, it is too late. Yet almost always when Communists open their mouths, they lie. Since, as the Westinghouse firm told the Handelsblatt, they had already in March informed the Federal government that delivery can be very well made on time. Yet since then nothing more has been heard from the Federal government. The time window is now rapidly closing. An inquiry would need quickly follow.

We thus can here only state: God have mercy on us; since truly none of our enemies would have been able to think up an energy policy so destructive against one’s own people. That, only you and your Germany haters are able to do.
