Martin Sichert, May 7, 2026, Healthcare and the German Left

German Bundestag, Plenarprotokoll 21/77, pp. 9168-9171.

Frau President. Ladies and gentlemen.

It is madness that, for the CDU, SPD and Greens, the migration lobby, the trans NGOs and the foreign family members are more important than their own fellow citizens. It is madness that doctors and care-givers are knowingly driven out by CDU, SPD and Greens so people may be persuaded that additional immigration is required. It is madness that cancer care, dental restoration and orthodontics will no longer be paid for, yet for sickening hormone therapies for children and youths. It is madness that German married couples shall pay thousands of euros more while parents and wives in Turkey will continue to be insured without cost. An end to this madness!

The SPD’s and CDU’s clear-cutting in healthcare is catastrophic and is here outdone by the Greens. You want to implement all sixty-six proposals of the lobbyists commission. The Greens want an absolute clear-cutting in the health sector and present themselves as the grave-diggers of healthcare.

On the theme of hospitals, for example, the Greens move – cite: “By the consistent deconstruction of occasional care […] to push back […] uneconomic parallel structures”. “Deconstruction of occasional care” is a harmless sounding euphemism for the death of hospitals in the country.

Clinics which make no profit, according to the will of the Greens, shall be flattened. If it is up to them, three of four clinics in my constituency need to close. An absolute catastrophe for the healthcare of people which in my constituency alone each year could cost hundreds of human lives.

            Christos Pantazis (SPD): Wicked insinuation!

Besides the clinics, CDU, SPD and Greens also want to save on the remuneration of doctors. As a result, still more highly qualified medical and care forces will leave the profession or indeed the country. Thereby still further increases the burden for those who remain, and as a result of the increasing stress still more people go abroad. As a consequence, the care becomes ever worse, and the waiting times become ever longer.

The citizens suffer ever more because their sicknesses are no longer dealt with promptly. And then come CDU, SPD and Greens and propagandize that we need additional immigration because we have too little skilled labor in the country. In truth, it is the policy of CDU, SPD and Greens which drives skilled labor abroad.

You knowingly manage the exodus of capable Germans so that you and your NGOs can call for the next migration wave into the country. CDU, SPD and Greens are quite knowingly destroying the German health sector so as to carry out their mass migration agenda. You leave the sick to suffer and force the last cent from the citizens only to thereby be able to further manage your propaganda of how urgently we need to bring more foreigners into the country.

If these parties are allowed, the waiting time for a doctor’s appointment may on average no longer be 42 days but 42 weeks. CDU, SPD and Greens trample on the employees in the health sector. There needs finally be an end to that. It is highest time for a policy which values the work of this important occupational group.

It is a lie that we need immigration into the labor market. As in the 60s guest workers were taken in, we had full employment. Meanwhile, we have over 5 million people in Bügergeld, and we have millions of unemployed. Before we take foreigners into the country and educate them here  in this country, we first need to bring into work our own unemployed. We need to retain in the country the good skilled labor in the health sector. And for that, create the correct parameters.

Yet the Greens want to implement all imputations which have occurred to the CDU and SPD lobbyist commission. Care examinations like skin cancer screenings shall be completely eliminated. The co-payments for medicines, for dental restoration and in hospices shall rise massively. Orthodontics for children shall be paid for only on a limited basis. Health becomes a luxury good which only a few can still afford. Yet the life-long debilitating hormone treatments for children and youth who have been persuaded that it is “in” to be trans, these will be further paid for, exactly so as wigs for trans-sexuals.

The people can no longer afford necessary dental treatments. Yet the accounts continue to pay for trans wigs? Life-saving cancer care is eliminated. Yet the accounts pay for life-long, psychological and physical debilitating hormone treatments for children?

            Janosch Dahmen (Greens): My goodness!

Kids from poor families shall in the future run around with bad jawbones? Yet you destroy the innocent souls of children with massive hormone doses? That, the account shall continue to pay. For every halfway normal thinking person, that is completely wrong. Yet Greens, CDU and SPD  want this so as to further feed their trans NGOs.

Britta Haßelmann (Greens): Fake news, and contempt for people! That is what                               you bring here!

It really is madness where you set your priorities and what you line up for Germany. It is highest time for an alternative to this madness.

Luigi Pantisano (Linke): That is nauseating!

– Yes, I find your Politik nauseating.

            Luigi Pantisano (Linke): Nauseating!

The Greens want to end the contribution-free co-insurance of married couples in Germany. Exactly so, according to the wishes of the coalition, shall wives and parents in Turkey remain co-insured at no cost. Yet, German married couples shall pay almost 3,000 euros more.

Quite especially important in the Greens’ motion is introducing new taxes or increasing existing taxes. You write, cite:

“[...] heavier taxation of high percentage alcohol, a manufacturing duty for                               strong sugar content drinks, as well as an increase [..] in the taxes on                                      tobacco and nicotine products [...]”

I seldom experience in my speeches applause from the Greens; yet that is no wonder. You certainly cannot clap; since you always have both hands deep in the pockets of the taxpayers. It really appears schizophrenic that the Greens want to introduce more taxes and in the same breath write – cite: “Not […] the citizens are the problem – but the costs in the system.” Ja, if you recognize this, then stop ever further burdening the citizens. Yet reforms were never your thing. For you, it’s ever only about having the citizens bled with taxes and duties, and spoiling for them the pleasure in life.

Christos Pantazis (SPD): That, the righteous says!

You destroy the health of an entire people, you intentionally destroy our sozial system; yet there, we do not cooperate!

We of the AfD with our motion have shown how in the short-term 17 billion euros, and 40 billion euros in the mid-term, can be saved.

Britta Haßelmann (Greens): You’ve shown nothing at all!

We do this alone through increase of efficiency in the system and through the removal of benefits foreign to insurance. We of the AfD stand on the side of the citizens, the patients and the employees in the health sector.

Janosch Dahmen (Greens): You make things more expensive than they were!

You, on the contrary, want to load the contribution payer with parts of immense contribution increases. You want to destroy families, want to have the health sector bled. We do not cooperate.

Britta Haßelmann (Greens): If it’s up to you, we here would have                                            no more doctors!

I can only call upon every citizen to defy this madness.

Dear fellow citizens, help us to maintain our sozial state. Become a member of the AfD! Fight with us for a good healthcare system! For 10 euros per month, you can become a freedom fighter for Germany. Join us!

Steffen Bilger (CDU/CSU): Ach, what for a level in the Bundestag!

– And your outcry shows how very right we are.

Many thanks.

Martin Sichert, May 16, 2024, WHO Pandemic Treaty

German Bundestag, Plenarprotokoll 20/169, pp. 21744-21745.

Valued Praesidium. Ladies and gentlemen.

“Bill Gates decides what is healthy”. Thus the Southwest Radio in 2019 captioned the WHO [World Health Organization]. Eighty percent of the WHO’s means comes from donations. The biggest donor is Bill Gates who also acquires distinct influence on the decisions.

Yet not only the influence of lobbyists is a problem. For China also, the WHO has a quite special affinity.

Johannes Fechner (SPD): You’re in good company, there.

China deserves the world’s thanks and respect for its conduct in the Corona time, says the WHO general-secretary Tedros. China, which brought Corona into the world, which forbade people access to their own dwellings, which from the beginning systematically mis-used Corona

Tina Rudolph (SPD): From China, you get your money!

to re-educate its own people. China wants to be a model for the WHO – or also for you, as you here demonstrate in interruptions; but as a free democrat, I defend myself against Mao’s spiritual descendants deciding over German policy.

With the pandemic treaty shall be created international, unified procedural means during, following and primarily between pandemics. Thus essentially always. Against this is Article 20 of the Basic Law: “All state power proceeds from the people.” Not China, not Bill Gates, not Tedros, are to decide on Germany’s policy,

Johannes Wagner (Greens): What are you really saying here? Such rubbish!

but solely and alone the German people.

Essential components of the planned WHO agreement are control of information and surveillance. Similarly, two basic rights are opposed to this: Article 3: “No one may be disadvantaged on account…of his political views.” Article 5: : “Each has the right… to freely express his opinion…A censorship may not occur.” Who loves freedom of opinion, needs to vote against the pandemic treaty.

What’s more, the WHO wants to establish international digital evidence in healthcare. That is a massive intrusion in the basic right of informational self-determination which we decisively reject. Briefly stated, in regards the pandemic treaty, it’s about that sovereignty will be surrendered, freedom of opinion curtailed, and the transparent citizen [gläserne Bürger] established.

Johannes Wagner (Greens): That’s not right.

That is a storm assault on the free, democratic basic order which every informed member needs to oppose.

Where is the Bundestag’s commanding war-monger, the howitzer of the FDP, the self-named “Grandma Courage”? Where is Frau Strack-Zimmermann when it’s a matter of defending against a real attack on the free, democratic basic order?

Johannes Wagner (Greens): “Where is Petr Bystron”, I ask you. Where is Herr Bystron? I thought he wanted to speak this morning!

Here, it’s quite easy. Instead of positioning oneself against the pandemic treaty, the kids all over the country prefer to terrorize with their gruesome placards.

You designate yourselves ever again as democratic parties. Today you can for once show how democratic you really are. Democracy is put together from the words “Demos”, the people, and “Kratos”, the rule.

Johannes Wagner (Greens): You are paid by China and Russia!

Democracy is thus the rule of the people. Any conveyance of power to international organizations is hostile to democracy, because it disempowers one’s own people.

            Dirk-Ulrich Mende (SPD): Such nonsense.

It is entirely enough that we here have politicians like Karl Lauterbach who in all seriousness planned to forbid access to business for those not vaccinated, and wanted to compel injections for people. In other countries, people with such criminal energies sit behind bars; for us, on the government bench.

Heike Baehrens (SPD): That is an atrocity.

The Federal government is burden enough for Germany. We also do not need a conveyance of political influence to a marionet in the grasp of lobbyists and autocratic regimes like the WHO.

Johannes Wagner (Greens): You are paid by autocrats!

We today make a vote by name so that each of you shows whether he is for the German people, for sovereignty, democracy, freedom and data protection, or is opposed.

Tina Rudolph (SPD): That is awful.

You remember each year on July 20 one of the famous German Resistance fighters. Vote today in the sense of his last words: Es lebe das heilige Deutschland!”

Dirk-Ulrich Mende (SPD): That you are not ashamed!

Martin Sichert, April 16, 2021, Corona Crisis Relief

German Bundestag, Plenarprotokoll 19/222, pp. 28173-28174.

Frau President. Ladies and gentlemen.

We here put forward three concrete demands for the relief of the citizens and businesses in this difficult time. We want [Drucksache 19/28450] that part-time work not be subject to the progression reservation so as to avert additional margins for the affected employees and to avoid additional tax declarations. We want [Drucksache 19/28448] that fitness facilities may open, since fitness is an elemental factor for people’s health. And we want [Drucksache 19/27849, 28502] that businesses which, due to the lockdown policy, have been affected by breakdowns in turnover, can more easily delay payment of the social insurance contributions. It is much more injurious when businesses go into bankruptcy, because they can no more pay the contributions, than when these businesses survive and later pay back the social insurance contributions owed. We demand that on any contribution of which, due to the lockdown policy, the payment will be delayed, no sort of interest fall due and therefore no sort of giving of security be necessary.

As we see it, we of the AfD ever again submit concrete proposals which can relieve business and citizens so that as many as possible of these can endure this crisis. It is completely incomprehensible that all other parties in committee reject relief like the delay of payment of social contributions for the domestic economy.

Markus Kurth (Greens): Imbecility! There is already all of this!

For such a demand is reasonable and it is lasting. It perhaps in the short-term costs the state some money, yet in the long-term produces more economic power and thereby also more tax revenue. The delayed payment of social contributions is an investment in the future of Germany as an economic site. All the other parties here which do not want to invest the couple of millions are, mark well, the same parties which have no problem expending 750 billion euros of German tax money for the EU. You have a fully false set of priorities, ladies and gentlemen.

We now have already for over a year the lockdown crisis and the proceedings of the Federal as well the State governments are ever still absolutely bungled. No one knows how many people are ill with Corona, how many lie in intensive care on account of Corona, or therein die. Massive restrictions of the basic rights are based on some fake numbers like the incidence value.

The current regulations in Germany are absolutely crazy and I am sure: If in a hundred years someone reads of this, he will laugh over how so crazy it could be. If one completely healthy wants to buy his clothing not in a supermarket but in clothing store, then he needs to produce a negative test. Assuming he tests positive, yet despite that wants the clothing store, then he does three further tests at various test stations until he has a negative test. By means of the three positive tests, he increases the incidence value, into which comes three additional cases.

Peter Weiss (CDU/CSU-Emmendingen): Yeah, to be happy about that! Just unbelievable! Such stupidity!

If on the way to the clothing store he now has an accident and on that account must go to intensive care, he is a Corona intensive care patient and if he dies from the accident then he is even a Corona death, and this although Corona has nothing to do with his death or his injury. That, ladies and gentlemen, is absolutely frivolous.

The only serious statistics which we have are those for the mortality and the utilization of intensive care beds. In regards the mortality, in March we were 11 percent under the average mortality of the last five years. The utilization of intensive care beds is since many months constant at about 20,000 occupied beds.

Peter Weiss (CDU/CSU-Emmendingen): Where does he live actually? Does he live on the moon?

The Federal government knows this and it has consequently cancelled orders for 8,500 breathing apparatus.

Peter Weiss (CDU/CSU-Emmendingen): Does he live on the moon?

Ja, that you do not want to hear; that is quite clear to me.

Peter Weiss (CDU/CSU-Emmendingen): Because the facts do not agree!

You prefer to make children’s birthdays into illegal mass assemblies and are now concerned that every twelfth girl between 15 and 19 years has massive psychic problems on account of the lockdown.

            Stefan Müller (CDU/CSU): Such rubbish!

Have you at all considered what you are doing to children who will be tested in groups of classes, and who then in so public a mass test is the only one to have a positive test? Who then will treated like a leper in the Middle Ages? What that does to the psyche of a child, that I wish, truly said, for no one.

Peter Weiss (CDU/CSU-Emmendingen): Yeah, is it preferable that all the                                others shall be infected?

Ja, we know that some members of the governing delegations earn very well in the crisis and that after the next Bundestag elections the Greens want to be at the fleshpots.

Peter Weiss (CDU/CSU-Emmendingen): That is just shameless, to infect all the                    students! Scandalous!

Yet while you here enrich yourselves, you impose all consequences on the people and you are not ready to care for a little relief.

Show that you are not indifferent to the fate of many long-suffering people and vote for our motions for at least some relief of the people.

Markus Kurth (Greens): That is repulsive, what you are saying!

Many thanks.

Peter Weiss (CDU/CSU-Emmendingen): The AfD wants that all children                                be infected in the schools! Fabulous! That needs to be told to the people                                in Germany!

Markus Kurth (Greens): Ja, such speeches need to be prohibited!
